I’m an Oakland-based textile designer, illustrator and graphic designer. My main focus is textiles, surface design and illustration. I am experienced in a variety of facets in the apparel and textile Industry. My present and previous clientele have included: Abercrombie & Fitch, American Crown, Gap Outlet, Jansport and Mulberry Neckwear.

Freelance Textiles and Graphics Designer

Jansport

Graphics and Textile Designer October 2006 – July 2009

San Francisco, CA

  • Lead Designer for Juniors Graphics and Print division. Increased quantities graphic heavy bags in the mainline.
  • Created illustrations and graphics along with providing direction to freelance artists.
  • Crafted artwork to meet a variety of retailer’s needs including: Target, Teen Specialty and Boutique.
  • Presented biannually trend and design direction for upcoming season to sales and marketing.
  • Created two color palettes per year for fall and spring seasons.
  • Created yarn dyes and communicated with overseas mills on color and fabric approval.
  • Traveled overseas for trade shows, trend and market research.

Mulberry Neckwear
